Integrating your Twitter profile with clubbroadCast (cbC) provides another means of reaching out to your membership with added tracking options. Sending a single tweet from clubbroadCast is as simple as using the Twitter site with the added option to schedule future tweets to your profile. The main purpose for using cbC as your tweeting vehicle is the ability to track and report your tweets: calculating mentions, link clicks, or how many times members have re-tweeted your message. This additional integration can help clubs determine which messages members are interested in and can help you improve your club’s target market.
In addition, clubs can also integrate their Facebook profile page with cbC. Integrating Facebook allows you to post Facebook messages to your profile, get more contacts to ‘like’, and share your page and emails with friends. As well, contacts can sign-up using their Facebook information. The advantage of using this Facebook integration is to attract more users and to receive more feedback from current and potential members. Similar to integration with Twitter, Facebook has the ability to track and report your messages that you send through cbC, thus understanding which method of communication works best.
For more information on integrating with these social networks, please review our documentation on
