We understand that positional responsibilities within an organization can change from season to season, that’s why this month we would like to promote the various facets in which new employees or new administrators of ClubHouse Online or clubbroadCast (cbC) can obtain free online documentation and training material anytime.
We have released the ClubHouse Online e3 Portal geared towards new clients currently in the process of building their e3 website, existing clients upgrading to e3, or administrators in need of assistance with the entire e3 suite. The portal features news articles on tips and tricks, online webinar training schedule, recorded webinars, video tutorials, documentation and help articles on the various aspects and modules of e3 – everything needed to start using e3.
We have also updated the cbC help section – which is now located within the e3 portal – and have made it easier to find the documentation you need to create a new email message, manage contacts, or view reports based on your deliveries. In addition, you can search directly within your cbC site for quick references to the various cbC functions.
Clients that haven’t converted to e3 yet still have access to ClubHouse Online Support which includes documentation, FAQ’s, Member Guides, and help videos to get you started on maintaining your website.
Administrators can access either of these support sites from within ClubHouse Online, e3, or clubbroadCast:
- ClubHouse Online: Log into your ClubHouse Online website as an administrator and navigate to Admin->Help
- e3 : Log into Club Central from within your website and click on the orange Help link, located on the top right corner of the page
- clubbroadCast: Once logged into cbC locate the News and Announcements section and click on the link for clubbroadCast help. This will navigate you to the e3 portal.
