12/10/2013
On the evening of
Wednesday, December 11, 2013, a new version of the ClubHouse Online e3 Calendar/Event Management module will be released to all clients using the current Calendar/Event Management module. This version will include a host of enhancements including the following:
-
Multiple price points (no longer Adult and Child)
-
Wait List
-
Cancellation Policies
-
Outlook Style Recurrence
-
Improved Booking User Interface
-
Improved Calendar Filtering
-
Hybrid Registration (Named and unnamed registrants)
-
Enhanced Integration with JAM Event Registration
In order to implement these improvements, we will require an outage window of approximately four hours beginning at
9:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 and ending at approximately
1:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, December 12, 2013 during which your ClubHouse Online website
will be completely inaccessible – users will be redirected to a maintenance page. Once the total outage completes, the Calendar/Event Registration module may be unavailable for up to two hours as the new system is deployed.
Over the course of November and December we have hosted several webinars aimed at easing the transition from the current Calendar/Event Registration module to the new. In light of the fact that we realize not every club has had a chance to attend one of these webinars, we will be continuing these over the next two weeks. If you are interested in attending one of these webinars, please find the webinar that best suits your schedule from the Calendar below and click on the link to register.
