Uploading Images, Documents, and Sounds: Using the File Manager

When creating or editing an email message you have the ability to add media that has been uploaded and hosted within clubbroadCast. You can upload files when creating or editing the email or you can use the Hosting section to upload, delete, and manage all your online files.

1. How do I create a segment for all of my active members?

This allows you to easily target an email to all your members that have a Member Status of Active in your Accounting System

Automated Message Rules

Automated message rules are a set of criteria used for sending email on an on-going, or case-by-case basis. With automated message rules, you gain the both power and flexibility over your email campaigns by applying a defined set of criteria that let you automatically send out your messages. With automated message rules, you can set up criteria to deliver emails to your contacts when it makes the most sense. There are four different types of automated messages; Activity-Based, Date-Based, Schedule Recurring, and API Triggered.

Hosting

Hosting allows you to easily store files online within your account. For example, you might want to store .pdf files or image files that you will include in your messages. You can organize and edit your hosted files using the File Manager and Image Manager. Both the File Manager and Image Manager are described below.

2. How do I set up a Message Rule that automatically sends out emails for member birthdays?

Allows you to set up a rule that will check your member's birthdate and send them a greeting automatically based on the criteria that is set up.
