1. How do I create a segment for all of my active members?
  1. Go to Contacts->Segments.
  2. Click the Create Segment link.
  3. Give your segment a name.
  4. Click the “Select contacts who match all rules described below” checkbox.
  5. In the first drop down field, under Rule #1, select “field”.
  6. In the second drop down field, under Rule #1, select either “status” or “member status”
  7. In the third drop down field, under Rule #1, select ”is”
  8. In the fourth drop down field, under Rule #1, type in either an “A” or the word “Active” depending on how the status is noted in your accounting module.
  9. Click on “Calculate Criteria”. This will show you how many members match the rule.
  10. Click “Save Segment” to save and activate the segment.
