Tip - For more information on A/B split tests, see Setting Up An A/B Split Test in help.
Tip - For more information on sending test messages, see Setting Up A Testing Program And Sending Test Messages in help.
  • Status - The Status column can be Skipped (cancelled messages or messages that are in excess of your email allocation), Partially Sent, Cancelled, and Successful.
  • Delivery Start Date - The Delivery Start Date column indicates when the delivery first began.
  • Sent - The Sent column indicates the number of emails sent for this delivery.
  • Open Rate - The open rate represents the percentage of emails that were opened, as compared to the number of emails that were successfully delivered. DMA/EEC equivalent: Render Rate
  • Click Rate - The click rate represents the number of clicks that were recorded, as compared to the number of opens recorded. DMA/EEC equivalent: Click to Open Rate (CTO)
Note - When you hover over the message name for regular and test deliveries, the subject line of the message associated with that delivery will be displayed. For deliveries sent as part of an A/B split test, you will see what the test was performed on (subject or from name and address), followed by the actual content you provided for that version of the message. For example, the pop-up for a delivery sent as part of an A/B Split test may say "Name:Joe@example.com". The text before the colon indicates that this delivery is part of an A/B split test that is testing a different from name and address. The text after the colon indicates the From Name used for this version of the A/B split test. This allows you to easily see the difference between deliveries sent as part of an A/B split test.
