Page Types act as wizards that allow even the most unsophisticated user to fill out a series of forms and instantly create attractive pages for a variety of scenarios including: Golf Course Tours, Dining Menus, Staff Directories and many more.
Below you will find documentation on how to utilize each of the Page Types contained within your ClubHouse Online e3 solution. If you do not have access to create any of these Page Types, please contact your ClubHouse Online e3 Support team and they will be happy to assist.
The Banquet Tour page type allows you to display your dining/catering areas of your club in a more formal manner. With this wizard you will be able to generate an organized and efficient way of for visitors to the site to see what your club has to offer.
Blogs work similarly to News Pages where they allow the ability for information to be posted on an area on your website which will provide updates to your membership. They also allow anyone who views your Blog(s) to comment or add feedback to your information on the page. This can be used to provide feedback discussions about your club, website, events etc.
Club Directory is a page type that makes it easy to create an online rolodex with basic contact information for staff and members.
The Contact Us document type is one of the various ‘wizards’ offered within ClubHouse Online e3 to assist users in creating content. By simply completing a form, the system automatically generates an organized, aesthetically pleasing page of contacts. This is great for displaying Staff Directories, Board of Directors pages, etc. The Contact Us template resembles a business card – showing key information in a well organized manner that is familiar to users.

Within E3 you can create dining menus that will easily and neatly display menus (ex. lunch or dinner), dining categories (ex. appetizer or entrées), and individual items. Descriptions and pictures can be added to any menu item.
The Golf Course Tour Document type is one of the various ‘wizards’ offered within ClubHouse Online e3 to assist users in creating content. By simply completing a series of forms, the system automatically generates an organized, aesthetically pleasing series of pages that display your Golf Course and the details for each of its holes. The Golf Course Tour is comprised of two different document types – Golf Course Tour (summarizes entire course) and Golf Hole (detailed information about a hole).

The Golf Scorecard is one of the various ‘wizards’ offered within ClubHouse Online e3 to assist clubs in creating content. By simply completing a series of forms, the system automatically generates an organized, aesthetically pleasing series of pages that display a scorecard golf course and the details for each of its holes. The Golf Scorecard utilizes two document types – the Golf Scorecard (displays summary level information about the golf course and its holes) and Golf Scorecard Details (displays detailed information about each of the holes on the golf course).

The News document Type is available to add notifications to your website similar to a news bulletin board. On the News page the summary of the articles will be displayed, when the link is selected the entire News item will show. A unique feature for a News item is the option to specify dates of when the information should be available or removed from the website.
Newsletter Document Type can be used to easily display newsletters that are saved in PDF format. Usually clubs would update a new PDF for monthly newsletters with the most recent newsletter being displayed at the top of the page. Note: maximum file size for the PDF is 10MB
The Real Estate document type is used to create a listing of available properties within the club or association. Clubs looking to provide their membership or visitors of their site with the ability to peruse properties for sale in the area can easily accomplish this using the Real Estate document.
