Match Play

The Match Play Tournament module allows clubs to set up a match play tournament schedule online. Users have the ability to view the tournament and schedule online, and enter their match scores into the system. ClubHouse Online will then automatically prepare the next round of match-ups once all the scores for the current round have been entered into the system.

Users and administrators will have the ability to enter match scores to ensure that members who do not have access to the website will still have their scores entered appropriately.

View Match Play Tournaments

  1. Navigate to the Match Play module within your ClubHouse Online e3 website. The module can reside under any menu item but can typically be found under Member Central.
  2. Once in Match Play, you will be presented with a list of published tournaments. The List of Tournaments will highlight the current round's end date, your upcoming opponent (if applicable), and the start and end date of the match play tournament.
  3. Click View Tournament for a detailed look at the tournament. You will be presented with an overview of the tournament bracket, which details the players in each round and scores for matches already played. If you are still actively participating in the tournament, current round details such as your next match deadline, match opponent with contact information, and an area to enter your match play score will also be displayed in the header.

To return to the previous page, click on List of Tournaments.

Enter a Match Play Score

  1. When viewing a match play tournament, you can enter the details of your match outcome using the Round Outcome box on the top right. The score entered here will always be for the current match/round that is pending for you, the member, and not the scheduled round of the tournament. For example, if the tournament is in round 3 and your first match up has not been entered into the system, you will be asked to enter your first match score prior to allowing you to enter any other match score.
  2. Click Submit to submit your match score to the tournament, or Clear to clear the fields.
