Dining Reservations

Dining Search



When members navigate to the Dining module online, they will be presented with the search interface to search for available times. From this interface, members will be able to choose their desired Date, Time, and Party size prior to searching for open time slots.

Making a Dining Reservation

In order to make a Dining Reservation members will need to do the following:
  1. Select their desired Date and Time.
  2. Select their desired Party Size.
  3. CLICK on "Find Available Reservations".
  4. From the available Dining Facilities, select their desired time slot.
  5. Enter any notes regarding the booking, if necessary, and click on "Yes, Complete Booking".
The member will be presented with a confirmation window displaying the reservation information they just completed. Upon hitting close, they will be re-directed to My Bookings which will display the reservation and any other upcoming reservations.

My Bookings

A member's My Booking profile is shared between all the reservation modules your club's site offers (i.e. Tee Times, Courts, Dining, etc.). From the interface, your members will not only be able to review all upcoming reservations they have, but will also be able to edit, cancel, and synchronize these reservations to their personal calendar clients. By default, the My Bookings profile will only display bookings associated from the module it was accessed from. A user can access their bookings for other applicable module(s) by selecting any of the module filters located at the top left under the search bar.

Reservation Search

Members can locate a reservation by name utilizing the search feature at the top of their My Bookings profile.

Reservation Synchronization

The synchronize button to the right will synchronize the reservations found in the My Booking section. In order to synchronize your reservations to your personal calendar client, you will need to follow the following steps:

  1. Click on the Sync button in the top right corner.
  2. Select either current month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months to synchronize.
  3. Choose to either open the calendar file with one of the listed applications, or save the file to your computer.

Interface Controls

  • Display - This will allow your members to control how many months in advance they are able to view their upcoming reservations. The increments available are 30, 60 and 90 days
  • Events per page - This will allow your members to control how many reservations for events they are able to see on this one page. The increments available are 10, 20, 30 and all events they are registered for.

Reservations

The Event Reservations that appear in this section will display all pertinent information of the event they are associated with. You will also have the ability to update or cancel these reservations from this screen.
  • Cancellation - If the member chooses to cancel the reservation altogether and clicks on the cancel button, they will be prompted with a confirmation window to complete the cancellation. Upon clicking yes to the cancellation confirmation, the reservation will be deleted and they will be brought back to their My Bookings profile.

Mobile Dining

The mobile Dining module will allow members to complete dining reservations from a mobile device via your mobile site. They will be able to search for available times and see their existing bookings from their My Bookings page.

Book a Reservation

Navigate to your ClubHouse Online e3 Mobile website using your smart phone or tablet. Once your account has been authenticated, you will see a list of the available mobile modules. Touch/click 'Dining' to access the Mobile Dining module where you will presented with two options:
  • Book Reservation.
  • My Bookings.

Touch/click 'Book Reservation' to search for an open dining reservation. Choose any of the options below to adjust the search parameters to find open times that suit your needs.

 

 

Book Reservation

Click 'Book Reservation' to start searching for an open dining reservation. Choose any of the options below to adjust the search parameters to find open times that suit your needs.

 

Searching for a Time

  • Room: select the room in which you would like to dine.
  • Date: select the date of your reservation.
  • Time of Day: select the time of day at which you would like to dine (morning, afternoon, evening).
  • Party Size: select the number of people in your party for the reservation.

Choosing the 'Date' option will bring you to a calendar page as seen below:

Select a date for which your chosen room is available (days in green lettering). Dates that are unavailable will be marked in white or gray (past days). To navigate to previous and future months, click on the left and right arrows at the top of the screen. Once you have arrived on the month you like, simply click the day you would like to book, or 'Cancel' on the top left corner to return to the previous screen.

Selecting the Room, Party Size, and Time of Day is done by way of the same type of menu (each is shown below). On touch screen phones you can drag your finger along the screen to align your selection with the highlighted bar. On non-touch screen phones, click on the arrows above and below to align your selection with the highlighted bar. In either case, touch/click to highlight your selections or touch/click a different search parameter to confirm/cancel your selections.

As you make selection on the search page, you will see times appear below the search criteria you selected. This section will show you closest available time for your booking based on search criteria.

You can also click search to refresh this section. You will be presented with a message if there are no times available for dining reservations. Modify your search criteria and continue searching for an open time.

Once you have selected the time for you booking, you will see a summary of the booking details.


Here you have the option to add notes to the booking reservation before submitting it.
Once you are satisfied with your dining reservation, click to complete the booking. You will then be presented with a confirmation of your dining reservation which includes your confirmation number.

Navigate back to the main Dining home page by clicking  .

Alternatively, you can access a list of your current bookings via the   button.

 

My Bookings

The 'My Bookings' section will allow you to view or cancel your current bookings.

If you currently have dining reservations, you will see the total number of upcoming reservations listed on the right of the 'My Bookings' option.

Once on the 'My Bookings' page, you will a list of your upcoming bookings.

To cancel a booking simply click   on the booking you wish to cancel. The system will prompt a confirmation to ensure you wish to cancel the booking. Once confirmed, the booking will be removed.
 

NOTE: you cannot edit a dining reservation through Mobile Dining Reservations. If you wish to edit a booking you will need to first cancel your booking and create another.
