9. How can I check to see if a member received/opened the email I sent them?
There are two ways to look to see if a member received/opened your email:

1. Navigate to Messages > Deliveries and find the delivered message you would like to view a report for. Once found, click on the 'Generate Detailed Report' icon to the far right of the delivies list. Alternatively, you can search for a message using Messages > Email Messages, click on the message name and that will populate a list of deliveries for that message. Click on the 'Generate Detailed Report' icon to the far right of the deliveries list.

Generate a detailed message report using the 'Download Reports' button. The report will list the email contacts that were delivered, succesfully sent, and opened this email.

2. Go to Contacts -> All Contacts and search for members name or email address. Within the search results, click on the email address from the list. You can then click the 'History' tab for detailed activity on the contact including the emails they were sent and opened.
