This dialog allows you to view the different options in the General Tab.
Within this section you can specify how the selected document is displayed in the navigation.
Within this tab, you will be able to view previously saved and/or published versions of the selected page. The ‘Actions’ options allow you to ‘Preview’ (and compare) older versions of the page and “Roll Back” (publish) to earlier versions, as well as delete any older version.
Related docs allows the ability to establish relationships between pages. For example, having links to related news pages from the Club Announcements page.
Linked docs provides the ability to place a single page in multiple places within your website instead of creating copies.
Every page that you build on your website requires security to be set on it. Setting security on a page involves selecting specific users and/or roles and applying access rights to them. The access rights that are assigned to selected users and roles will dictate what they have permission to do on that page.
When setting rights, you can either assign the users and roles allow rights or deny rights.
When adding an image to a page, it can be directly uploaded and attached to the page using the ‘Quickly Insert Image’ option within the editor. Please note, if this option is used and the page location is moved to another area on your website, any images uploaded using this feature, may no longer display correctly.
