Related docs
Related docs
Within this tab you will be able to establish relationships between pages. For example, having links to related news pages from the Club Announcements page or having links to the Golf page from the Activities & Amenities page. It allows you to easily create links within your website to pages that are related from an end user’s perspective.
Please note: The relationship between pages can be established by any user with the appropriate access, however, how related documents are displayed on a page must be configured by the ClubHouse Online staff. Once the relationships are created, please contact ClubHouse Online support to configure how they are displayed.
To create the relationship between pages, select the
Add related document
(
) icon. The page to which you are relating documents is the Left Side document. To select the page to which the current page relates click on the ‘
Select document
’ option below the Right-side document.
It will open up a listing of all the pages that reside within your website. Select the related document . Once selected, it will show the directory path of the page within the ‘Selected document’ field. Click
Select
to choose the page.
You will now see the relation between the two pages. Now that the relation has been created, please notify ClubHouse Online Support to configure the Related docs display.
