Merge Fields
Merge Fields allow you to personalize your messages to each recipient but more importantly, it allows you to insert additional custom data fields specific to your members. Any information stored in your database can be incorporated to your email marketing campaigns via Merge Fields. Addressing your contacts within your email marketing campaigns will greatly improve the chances your message is successfully delivered.
Personalized Email Campaigns
Personalizing your contacts in your campaigns is not the only benefit of utilizing Merge Fields. As was mentioned earlier, the email marketing platform can store a wide variety of information regarding your contacts. This includes, but not limited to, member statement information. Emailing a member their monthly statement is not possible at the moment, but providing them with their outstanding balance (as well as a link) to see their entire statement online can be included. This information can be uploaded from your Jonas AR system and can be sent out in your email campaigns.
Each member would be able to see their own balance as it is stored in the AR system.
