Based on member complaints, we recently noticed that changes to IOS (the operating system used by iPhones, iPads and iPods) resulted in home screen shortcuts to ClubHouse Online e3 web sites forcing clients to login multiple times. This is the result of the way the IOS devices handle home screen shortcuts to web pages. We are investigating a way to better accommodate this change to their operating system.
In the interim, we recommend that you advise members to create bookmarks within the browswer on the IOS device instead of home screen shortcuts, as these will lanch the website correctly.
