Banquet Tour

The Banquet Tour enables a club to display room information in an organized and efficient way allowing members or visitors to see what facilities the club has to offer. The Banquet Tour is composed of two separate page types - Banquet Room Tour, which is an overview of the entire Banquet/Dining Facility, and Banquet Room, which details information on the room(s) available. With this wizard you will be able to generate an organized and efficient way for visitors to the site to see what your club has to offer.

Creating a Banquet Room Tour Page

  1. On the Content Tree, select where you would like to have the Banquet Room Tour page displayed on the site.
  2. Click NEW .
  3. Select Banquet Room Tour.
  4. Enter the name for the page.
  5. Click SAVE.

Once the Banquet Room Tour page is created, you need to create the sub-page type called Banquet Rooms which will allow the main descriptions of the room to be populated on the Banquet Room Tour page.

Creating a Banquet Room

  1. Select the Banquet Room Tour page that was just created.
  2. Click  NEW .
  3. Select Banquet Rooms.
  4. Fill out the appropriate fields.
  5. Click SAVE or SAVE AND CREATE ANOTHER to quickly create another Banquet Room.

When all the Banquet Rooms are created, the Banquet Room Tour page will appear similarly to the pictures below.



Editing the Banquet Rooms Information

  1. Click on the Banquet Room page in the Content Tree.
  2. Click on the FORM tab. 
  3. Make the appropriate changes.
  4. Click SAVE.
