Enhanced Roster

The Enhanced Roster is an online directory of members whose main purpose is to allow users to view membership information. The Roster module is integrated with the club's back office A/R system and allows members to edit their personal information and in turn update the A/R system.

Buddies

The Buddies list is a quick way to add fellow members to a friends list for use in other areas of the website. With the advanced search options available in the Roster, it has been made easier to add members to your buddies list. The buddies added to this list can be used to book TeeTimes, Courts and other reservation modules.  There are two methodds to add member to the buddie list:

From the Buddies List 

  1. Once you have navigated to the Roster click on 'Buddies' tab just above the search bar
  2. Click on the 'Add Buddy' option
  3. Type in the name of Member and select them from the list

This will add the member to your list of buddies. You can search for additional members or click on 'Buddies' once again to see your new list of Buddies.

From the Roster

  1. Once you have navigated to the Roster, utilize the search features to locate the member you wish to add.
  2. Click on the member's name in the Roster to see their profile
  3. Next to the member's photo their will an add contact icon 
  4. Click on the icon and the member will be added to your 'Buddies' list

Roster Search

The Enhanced Roster provides multiple methods in which users can search for members at the club. These methods include:
  • Alphabetical Categories
  • Member Name Search
  • Member Profession Search

Alphabetical Categories

To utilize the Alphabetical Categories in the roster, click on letter that corresponds to the what the member's last name begins with. This will immediately sorth the roster page according to the letter selected. As you scroll down the page additional members who are associated with the letter selected will be made visible




Member Name Search

The Member Search bar located at the top of the page provides users the abilty to search the member roster by specific criteria. One of those options will allow you to locate members by either their First Name, Last Name or both.


Member Profession Search 

The other type of criteria that the Member Search bar provides is the abilty to search for members based on their profession.



Note: Members who have chosen to hide their profession from their Roster profile will not be displayed in the search results.

Editing a Personal Roster Profile

When a member navigates to the roster module they will be provide the option to edit their personal Roster Profile. In the top right corner of the page they will see their name alongside an 'Edit' link. 




Once the member clicks on the 'Edit' link they will be brought to either the Roster Profile Selection screen or their Personal Roster Profile
 

Roster Profile Selection

The Roster Profile Selection screen will appear if a member has dependants associated with their account. This selection screen will display a link to their Personal Roster Profile as well as any of their dependants Roster profiles. Once they click on a profile they will brought into that Personal Roster Profile and be able to view all the information associated with that member account.



 

Personal Roster Profile

The Personal Roster Profile is where a member is able to see all of the information that is attached to their member account. From here a member can can either edit their personal information or choose which information is displayed in the Roster to other members. The Personal Roster Profile is displayed in the following manner


 

Any information that you wish to hide from the Roster you will need to click on the 'eye' icon to the right of the field. For drop-down selection fields that do not have the 'eye' icon you will need to set the drop-down selection to none to hide the field. Selecting any other value will display the field in the roster.

Display in Roster

In order to save any changes made in a member's Roster profile they will need click the save button located at end of the profile. If they saved changes need to be approved by an Administrator, the member  they will receive a notification underneath the Save button.

Editing your Personal Information


Member Photo

The member's photo will be displayed based on the Roster Configuration settings chosen by the club. If the roster photos are being displayed from the Club's A/R system the member will have the ability to either display or hide their photo within the Roster.



If the club allows the member to upload their own photos, this can be completed by clicking on the 'Change Photo' option located underneath the image placeholder. This will allow the member to select an image stored on their computer.

For member uploaded photos the following requiremnts will need to be adhered to:

Image Height: 150px
Image Width: 150px
Image Size: 1 Mb or less

A member can choose to hide their photo by clicking on the 'Hide Photo' option locacted underneath the member photo


Contact 

The Contact area consists of all the primary information that exists for the member and potentially displayed in the Roster. The member has the ability to decide whether the Primary Contact information is displayed or hidden from the roster. whichi ncludes:

  • Profession
  • Primary Email
  • Primary Phone
  • Mobile
  • Gender
  • Birth Year
  • Date Joined
  • Member Type/Dues class
  • Title


Relatives

Any Dependants that are connected to the member will be displayed in the relatives section. The member has choice to hide all of their relatives from displaying in their Roster profile. If the member is listed as the primary of the relatives, they will have the ability to provide their dependants access to the Online Statement. To provide a dependant access to see the Online Statement, click on the switch next to the corresponding relative and it will slide to the right when enabled.

Address Information

All Address Information for the member will displayed in this area. The address information stored in this area is editable by the member. Any changes made here will require approval by an Administrator prior to the Club's A/R system being updated.



Emails

The Emails section of the Roster Profile will display all emails that are attached to a member address. In order to edit the emails that appear in this section, you will need to edit the Address Information that the e-mail is attached to.This will require Administrator appoval prior to being updated on the website and in the back office A/R system.


 


Additional Information

The Additional Info section of the Roster profile contains any unique information for the member that is not associated with their primary contact information. All of the information found in this section is editable by the member but a portion of the information may require approval by and Administrator before it is updated online. Any fields found under the 'Changes Require Approval' section will need to be approved by an Administrator prior to being updated in the the Roster. All other fields in this section will appear under the 'Changes Do Not Require Approval' and will be updated in the Roster immediately after saving.



 


User Information

If a member has registered for the website, all of the information pertaining to their User account will be listed here. This information is Not visible to other members in the roster and is not editable by the member.


 


Settings

The Settings section of the Roster profile contains the pivacy options of each member. From here a member can choose to hide themselves from various areas of the website including Roster, Tee Times, Event Attendance lists, and Court Bookings. In order for a member to hide themselves from a specific area of the website they will need to click on the switch next to the corresponding area and it will slide to the right when enabled.
