Quick Event Registration
Quick Registration allows Members to add registrations to an event without having to name the registrants. Members merely specify the number of registrants per Registrant Category (Child, Adult and Senior in the example below) and Registrant Type (Member and Guest). The Member making the registration is denoted as the Booking Owner as they are the only person capable of updating the registration.



Upon adding the registrants, members can continue by clicking on the Questions button if there are Booking Questions assigned to this event, otherwise the Questions button will be replaced by a Register button. Upon clicking the Questions button, they are taken to the questions screen. If any of the questions are mandatory, they will be denoted by a red asterisk (*). Questions can be free form text or multiple choice in nature. Multiple Choice questions will be indicated by a downward arrow indicating there are options among which they can choose.



Upon completing the registration, the member will receive a confirmation on screen outlining who they’ve registered. If there are prices assigned, the costs per registrant group will be listed along with a total cost. In addition, the Owner of the booking will be notified by email, provided the ‘Notify Member’ flag is checked within the Create/Edit Event screens.
