Overview

My Profile

        When a user clicks on the My Hompage section after logging into the site, the first page the will be brought to is My Profile. This page will display any of the members personal information that has been made public. From this page a member can choose to post Announcements which they would like other registered users to see and comment on.


From this section, members will also have access to other personal features which include:
  •     Editing their Roster Profile
  •     Maintaining your Friends list
  •     Messaging between Friends/Members
  •     Reviewing Invitations
  •     Creating and Accessing Groups

Edit My Profile

Members have the option to access the roster information by clicking on the edit my profile link. This will allow them to access their profile similar to clicking on the Edit my Personal info button from the Roster. Any information they choose to display in the roster will also be displayed in their Social Networking profile.

My Friends

From this section a user has the option of adding other members to their friends list for the purpose of messaging, subscribing or for invitation purposes. Only members who have registered for the site will be available to be added as a friend.

 

My Messages

The My Messages section allows users to send messages to other users that they have added to the friends list or any other registered member. Messages are managed in an email format with an inbox and outbox respectively

My Invitations

In order for a member to add to their friends list or add users to a group they created, they will need to send an invitation. This section allows members to track those invitations that they have initiated or invitations that have been sent to them. They can choose to accept or decline incoming invitations as well as view the status of invite they have sent.

Groups

Groups allow for users to start discussions on common interests with other registered users. From a group, a member posts messages, posts images or can review other information posted by other members of the group. Groups are approved Site Administrators and can be moderated by both Group Administrators or Site Administrators.
