Event Calendar View

The Calendar Event view displays Events, Birthdays, various Bookings as well as other features. This article outlines the available features.

General Information


Within the General Information tab (the first area displayed when creating a new event or editing an existing event), you will be able to define specific properties for a new event, as well as edit the properties for an event that has already been created.

This article covers all of the parameters that will be set from within the General Information tab.

To create an event click on the Administration tab in Club Central > Click Event Management > Then click on Create Event

Manage Events

From within the Manage Events screen you can view, manage and edit any of the events currently created within your Events Calendar. Be they past, present or future events you will see them listed in this area even if the event is not yet published to the members side of the website and if the event has been deleted.

Managing Cancellation Policies

Within the Cancellation Policies screen, you’ll have the ability to create, edit, and/or delete Cancellation Policies. Cancellation Policies allow you to charge a fee if a member cancels their registration to an event within a predefined time period.

Quick Event Registration

Quick Registration allows Members to add registrations to an event without having to name the registrants. Members merely specify the number of registrants per Registrant Category (Child, Adult and Senior in the example below) and Registrant Type (Member and Guest). The Member making the registration is denoted as the Booking Owner as they are the only person capable of updating the registration.

Creating/Editing Cancellation Policies

You can create new and even edit existing cancellation policies from within the Manage Cancellation Policies area, when creating and or editing Cancellation Policies there are multiple parameters you will need to set.

Detailed Event Registration

Detailed registration requires members to name all registrants, including guests. To add a registrant, members must click on a registrant type: Member or Guest (when eligible). When adding members, they have three options.

Manage Event Registrations

From within the Manage Event screen you have the ability to mange the event registrations, to do so you will click on the Total Attendees number in the Total Att. column of the event listing. Here you will have the ability to add, edit and delete bookings.

Registration and Pricing

Within the Registration and Pricing tab (the second tab displayed when creating a new event or editing an existing event), you will be able to configure the registration and pricing requirements (if any) for a new event, as well as edit the properties for an event that has already been created.
